The Knights of Columbus is an international organization for Catholic men, guided on the principles of Charity, Unity, and Fraternity. Our local Hastings Council #1600 was established over 100 years ago in 1913. As a Knight, you have the opportunity to strengthen this parish, give back to your community, and grow in your faith.
When you join the Knights you aren't making a big time commitment. You get out of it what you choose to put into it.
By volunteering an hour here or there you can make an enormous difference in your life and the lives of others.
For more information on joining the Knights of Columbus, email Grand Knight Steve Sellars, call him at 651-468-1668,
or click HERE.
The Knights meet on the third Thursday of each month in Seton Hall from 7-9:00 p.m. (6 p.m. on July 20.)
Do you have a family member or friend serving in the military? You can request a St. Michael Medal to be sent to them from our State Chaplain. There is no cost to you or the military service person.
The military person does not need to be a man, a Knight of Columbus, or a Catholic.
Send the name of the person in the military, their rank, branch of service, and address to the State Chaplain, and he will send the medal (and a prayer card if requested) directly to the serviceman/woman.
Please email your requests to: statechaplain@mnknights.org
Prayers from our Minnesota Knights’ families are very important to our military men and women. Continue to pray for them and their safety.
