If you are a parish representative requesting a certificate, please call Amy at the number below or click here to email her.

If you were Baptized at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Guardian Angels, or St. Boniface, your Baptismal record and subsequent sacramental records (First Communion, Confirmation and Marriage (if applicable)) should be here.

If you were NOT baptized at one of the three churches mentioned above, your church of Baptism should have record of all subsequent sacraments. We will only have a record of the sacraments received here.

Genealogy requests are handled through the Department of Archives and Records rather than by individual parishes.
