Were you baptized at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Guardian Angels, or St. Boniface? If so, we have your baptismal record along with any subsequent Sacramental records (First Communion, Confirmation, or Marriage if applicable). Reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist!
If you were NOT baptized at one of the three churches mentioned above, contact the church where you were baptized for your certificate. Even if you received other sacraments here, the baptism certificate will list ALL sacraments received.
